Since December 2024 — Director of Portfolio Management at T1 Group: a real-time Decision Engine on Apache Flink + Tarantool + Kafka, a SAS RTDM analogue built from zero to production in 5–6 months at 4/5 complexity, with sub-second per-customer decisioning under peak load across the bank's entire client base. In parallel — IT partner and strategy advisor to several engineering tracks under contract: standing up production-grade delivery, re-engineering the stack, AI-augmented development. 10 years in enterprise IT (Nestlé → Kerama Marazzi → VTB → T1 Group) — from Senior Analyst to Director level. End-to-end: analysis, architecture, development, testing — in one head or with a team. Comfortable owning the P&L.
